Registration:

Please register for the meeting by completing the Online Registration Form by October 13, 2008.  If you have trouble accessing the electronic registration form please complete the .pdf Registration Form and fax or email back to Brandi Stevenson at bstevenson@c-changetogether.org or 202-756-1512.

Meeting Attire:

The attire for the November 13th Anniversary Celebration Dinner will be "festive" (dressy-casual, no neck ties). All other meeting events are business casual. Normal temperatures for November in College Station range in the 70's during the day and the 50’s in the evening.

C-Change Credentials:

All attendees and their guests will be required to wear official C-Change credentials in order to board shuttle buses to the library, and attend events at the hotel and on the library grounds. Credentials should be picked up at the Hilton College Station C-Change Registration Desk.

Hotel Reservations:

Please reserve your hotel room in the C-Change room block by Monday, October 13, 2008.

Air Travel:

Continental Airlines is the official carrier for the C-Change Annual Meeting & 10 Year Anniversary. Attendees will receive a discount on flight arrangements when booking with Continental. Please click on the link below for detailed information and instructions on how to secure your flight.

**Limited flight service is available directly into College Station.

Attendees are encouraged to fly into George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston, which is located 90 minutes from College Station.  Ground shuttles from IAH to College Station will be coordinated by C-Change for members who choose to reserve this service. 

Houston Hobby Airport (HOU) is located approximately 2 hours from College Station.  

Ground Transportation:

Ground Shuttle rates are $31 (base fee + hotel drop-off charge) from George Bush Intercontinental Airport and $36 (base fee + hotel drop-off charge) from Houston Hobby to the Hilton College Station.

**Schedules are subject to change and additional charters may be available based on demand. Please notify the shuttle drivers that your destination is the Hilton College Station, otherwise you will be dropped off at the College Station airport.

Rental cars are available at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) or Houston Hobby (HOU) from all major national agencies.

Car or limousine service is available from the Houston airports from several companies listed below. The cost for reserving this service ranges from $250- $360 one way. *Please note, these are current rates and are subject to change

Luggage Transfer:

Due to security restrictions, no luggage can be stored on library grounds. Luggage storage will be available in the C-Change hospitality room at the Hilton Hotel for participants arriving before check in or departing after check out.

Information regarding special arrangements for luggage transfer, for participants planning to depart directly from the library back to Houston will be forthcoming.

Financial Assistance:

All financial assistance requests must be received by Monday, October 13, 2008

For individuals that require financial assistance to attend the meeting, please be advised, C-Change will only provide financial assistance to members and partners of the organization.

Though spouses are invited to attend, no financial assistance will be granted to guests of members and/or partners.

C-Change has a limited number of financial assistance grants available; therefore, all approved members/partners must utilize the approved C-Change ground transportation.
